Attention! A docking station with HDMI and Type-C PD 100W outputs should work with most devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets) that have a Type-C port. However, there are a few points worth paying attention to:

• Standards support: Not all Type-C ports on devices support the same functions. Some Type-C ports may only support data transfer, others may support video output (via Alternate Mode) or charging only (Power Delivery). For the docking station to work properly, your device must support these features.
• Power Delivery (PD) support: If you plan to use the docking station for charging via Type-C, make sure your device supports Power Delivery. Also, make sure the maximum charging power supported by your device is compatible with the docking station (in this case, no more than 100W).
• Video output support: To connect external displays via HDMI, your device must support Alternate Mode on the Type-C port (DisplayPort over USB-C).
