Delivery

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta courier service.

  • Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, except public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 14:00 are typically shipped the same day; orders placed after 14:00 — the next business day.
  • Carrier fees (delivery and cash-on-delivery transfer) are paid by the buyer according to Nova Poshta rates.
  • After 7 business days of storage at the branch, unclaimed parcels are automatically returned.

Payment Methods

1. Cash on Delivery

A convenient option if you prefer to receive the item first and pay upon collection. Payment is made directly at the Nova Poshta branch when picking up your order. Please note: a cash transfer fee is added to the order total according to Nova Poshta rates.

2. Bank Card Payment

Fast and hassle-free — no cash, no queues. During checkout, select "Credit Card" as your payment method and you will be redirected to a secure payment page to confirm your transaction.

Please note: only the cardholder may collect the goods, and must present a valid identity document upon receipt.

3. Bank Transfer (for legal entities)

If you represent a company and wish to pay via bank transfer — place your order on the website and include your company details (company name, tax ID, address) in the "Order Comment" field. Our manager will contact you, confirm the details and send you an invoice. Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.
