Information on warranty support for products (devices) of the ColorWay, PrintPro, ScreenPro brands
In the event of a malfunction or incorrect operation of purchased products of the ColorWay, PrintPro, ScreenPro brands, you can contact the Authorized Service Center (AUC) or directly to the representative of the seller (store, outlet, etc.) for free service.< /p>
If you need to contact the ASC for warranty repair, you must provide:
- Product in factory packaging and complete set;
- A completed warranty card of the established model (if provided by the manufacturer), a document confirming the date of purchase of the product (cashier's or sales receipt, invoice or invoice);
- In written form, a description of the defect and the possible reason for its appearance, if the products are transferred using the service of direct application through the carrier Nova Poshta, Ukr. Mail);
If you need to contact the ASC for warranty repair, you must provide:
- Goods in factory packaging and complete set;
- Completed warranty card of the established model (if provided by the manufacturer) and a document confirming the fact of the purchase of the product (cash or sales receipt, invoice or invoice);
- Description of the defect and the possible reason for its appearance in writing (in the case that the products are delivered using the service of direct application through the carrier Nova Poshta).
Important! For ColorWay and PrintPro brand products used in printing devices, it is also necessary to provide a print sample (if the problem is related to print quality).

For a faster solution to service issues, a service of direct application for warranty service of products of the ColorWay, PrintPro, ScreenPro brands was developed together with SC Rubin.
Direct appeal
The direct application service allows you to transfer the product for warranty service directly to the ColorWay ASC at the expense of the extended network of the carrier ""Nova Poshta"" (In the case of a remote territorial location of the ASC or Seller).
If warranty service is necessary, you can send products of the ColorWay, PrintPro, ScreenPro brands to the ColorWay Authorized Service Center through the carrier Nova Poshta (for your own score). In the case of confirmation of a warranty case, the product will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible and sent back at the expense of the ColorWay service center. If, as a result of product diagnostics, the case is recognized as non-warranty, the declared malfunction or incorrect operation is not confirmed, the product will be sent to the owner at his expense.
Attention! If the recipient does not receive the cargo within 5 days from the date of shipment, ASC ColorWay reserves the right to withdraw the consignment from the carrier. The goods remain in storage at ColorWay ASC with subsequent delivery to the address: 04073, Kyiv, Ukraine, Stepana Bandera Ave., 21 (Moskovskiy Ave.), office. 402. At the end of 6 months of storage, the goods are subject to disposal.
If the breakdown was recognized as a non-warranty case, you can contact the Rubin Center and repair the defect for a fee.

The warranty period of ColorWay™ products is indicated on the packaging. During the warranty period, ColorWay™ undertakes to repair or replace the product or individual defective parts during warranty service (at the discretion of the ColorWay Warranty Department).
Under the terms of this Warranty, repair or replacement does not entitle you to extend or start a new warranty period.
For warranty service, you must provide:
- goods (cash) receipt or other document confirming the fact of purchase;
- correctly completed warranty card (if provided by the manufacturer), clearly indicating: model, serial number of the product (if provided by the manufacturer), date of sale, warranty period, signature of the buyer and seal of the store;
- device in factory packaging and complete set./li>
The product is removed from the warranty in the following cases:
- rules set forth in the Operating Instructions are violated;
- there are traces of third-party intervention (an attempt to repair the product yourself or repair it by third parties);
- damaged or missing seals (if provided by the manufacturer), there is mechanical damage to the product.
The warranty does not apply to the product in the following cases:
- Failure to comply with the operating rules specified in the technical documentation (instructions) for the product and restrictions on its use;
- minor deviations in the quality of the product that do not affect its value and do not interfere with its intended use;
- presence of mechanical damage as a result of transportation;
- presence of damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects, hair, etc.) into the product, as well as in case of severe pollution (dust, earwax, etc.);
- presence of mechanical damage or damage caused by the external influence of substances and liquids on the device elements;
- • the presence of damage caused by the elements, fire, household factors (overload, overheating, etc.), random external factors (voltage drop in the power grid above normal, thunderstorm, etc.), incorrect connection or not tight contact, use of low-quality or non-original accessories, which can cause a short circuit, burning, etc.;
- malfunctions caused by natural wear and tear of parts of the product. At the same time, natural wear is understood as the consequences of using the product, which caused deterioration of the technical condition and appearance due to long-term use of this product. Accumulators and power batteries (these products have a much shorter working life, which depends on the conditions and intensity of use);
Accessories not covered by warranty:
- bags/cases;
- ear pads;
- any cable products (connecting cables, power cables, etc.);
- disposable attachment.
Attention! Warranty obligations do not apply to products with mechanical damage that occurred during or after handing over the product to the consumer. The manufacturer is not responsible for possible damage directly or indirectly caused by ColorWay™ products to people, pets and property, if this occurred as a result of violation of the rules and conditions of storage, connection and operation of the product, in case of intentional or negligent actions (inaction). consumer or other persons, as well as in case of unavoidable circumstances of strength.
In order to prevent the product from malfunctioning, the user is obliged to operate and maintain the product in accordance with the technical specifications and instructions supplied with the product.
KPK and SBPC
The warranty on ColorWay PDAs and SBPCH is 12 months from the date of purchase and does not exceed the period of use indicated on the product packaging.< /p>
Caution! Before using a PDA or a SBP, make sure that the compatibility marking indicated on the package, corresponds to your printing equipment. It is not recommended to use PDAs or SBPCH that are not compatible with your printing equipment.
For warranty service, you must provide:
- goods (cash) receipt or other document confirming the fact of purchase;
- factory packaging;
- print sample (if the fault is related to print quality);
- correctly and completely completed warranty card.
Attention! In the absence of documents confirming the fact of purchase, the warranty service period is counted from the date of manufacture of the product, which is indicated on the package.
The warranty is valid under the condition that the warranty period for the product has not expired.
Warranty Fulfillment and Support
Warranty service of SBPCH (KPC) includes: full replacement of the product or its individual parts, repair and replacement of individual parts of the product, replacement of electronic components of the product in case of defects , which were not caused by the actions of the consumer (does not apply to batteries, ink and other consumables included in various product packages).
Configuration and installation of SBPCH (PPC) are described in detail in the Installation Instructions. Setup and installation can be performed independently or by specialists of the Authorized Service Center (ASC) on a paid basis, according to the rates of the Service Center (SC).
In the case of self-execution of the specified works by the user, information on technical support can be obtained in the ""Technical support"" section or by writing an email to address: supportCW@rubin.com.ua.
Warranty service is not provided in case of violation of: the integrity and tightness of any part of the product (including the loop of the SBPCH), the functionality of the electronic components (microcircuits) of the device .
Warranty service may be partially or completely denied in the following cases:
- violation of the technical conditions of operation or installation of the SBPCH (PPC);
- use of inks that are not recommended for use in inkjet printing devices, including the use of a mixture of inks from different manufacturers, as well as a mixture of water-soluble and pigment inks;
- presence of mechanical damage caused by careless and sloppy use, installation or transportation and non-observance of product care rules;
- the presence of gross violations of the rules for using printing devices;
- presence of damage caused by a natural disaster, flood, fire, etc.
Attention! Warranty obligations do not apply to products with mechanical damage that occurred during or after handing over the goods to the consumer. The manufacturer is not responsible for possible damage directly or indirectly caused by ColorWay™ products to people, pets and property, if this occurred as a result of violation of the rules and conditions of storage, connection and operation of the product, in case of intentional or negligent actions (inaction). consumer or other persons, as well as in case of force majeure.
Attention! Warranty obligations do not apply to printer components.
Laser cartridges
ColorWay™ Compatible Laser Toner Cartridges are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase or until the original toner runs out, but no longer 36 months from the date of production indicated on the package.
The quality guarantee for ColorWay™ laser toner cartridges means that the cartridges are fully compatible with laser printing equipment according to the specified marking.
Attention! Before using the cartridge, make sure that the compatibility marking indicated on the package corresponds to Your printing equipment. It is not recommended to use cartridges that are incompatible with your printing equipment.
For warranty service, you must provide:
- goods (cash) receipt or other document confirming the fact of purchase;
- factory packaging;
- sample test print (if the problem is related to print quality).
Attention! In the absence of documents confirming the fact of purchase, the warranty service period is calculated from the date of manufacture of the product, which is indicated on the package.
Warranty for compatible ColorWay™ laser toner cartridges ends:
- damage to the original protective seals, detection of traces of opening, refilling, restoration of the cartridge, as well as in cases where the product has mechanical damage (cracks, chips, deformations);
- normal operational wear and tear;
- when the photo drum of the cartridge has illumination, mechanical damage and peeling of the photo layer or other damage caused by violation of the rules of storage and operation;
- violation of the rules for installing the cartridge, which are indicated on the package and outlined in the operating instructions of the printing equipment;
- the presence of traces of the influence of the external environment - high or low temperature, moisture, traces of animal life, insects, as well as other factors that affect the characteristics of the product and are able to disable it;
- when the malfunction is caused by an arbitrary change in the design of the product provided by the Manufacturer or in the case of detection of damage caused by the entry of foreign objects into the product;
- when premature wear is caused by the use of printing materials other than office paper, such as cardboard, corrugated paper with a rough surface, fluffy special printing materials, including velvet paper, and in the event of damage to the photo layer of the drum, which caused by the sharp edges of a paper sheet.
Attention! Warranty obligations do not apply to products with mechanical damage that occurred after handing over the goods to the consumer. The manufacturer is not responsible for possible damage caused directly or indirectly by ColorWay™ products.
Jet cartridges
The warranty for compatible ColorWay™ cartridges is 3 months from the date of purchase and does not exceed the period of use indicated on the product packaging, or until the cartridge (ink) resource is fully used.
The ColorWay™ cartridge quality guarantee means that the cartridges are fully compatible with inkjet printing technology according to the specified marking.
Attention! Before using the cartridge, make sure that the compatibility marking indicated on the package corresponds to Your printing equipment. It is not recommended to use a cartridge that is incompatible with your printing equipment.
Warranty cases under the condition of incomplete use of the cartridge (ink) resource are considered in the following cases:
- depressurization of the cartridge (systematic leakage of the cartridge);
- when the cartridge is not recognized by the printer (the driver reports errors when using the cartridge);
- at the first startup of the cartridge, one or more printing colors are missing (run the nozzle/nozzle check in the driver);

Warranty service for compatible inkjet cards ColorWay™ registration is terminated in the following cases:
- the end of the original ink in the cartridge (controlled by the weight and/or the readings of the cartridge);
- refilling or refilling the cartridge;
- improper storage and use of the cartridge (information printed on the package).
The warranty does not apply to compatible ColorWay™ cartridges in the following cases:
- damage to the contact group of the cartridge, print head, detection of traces of opening, as well as in the case when the product has mechanical damage (cracks, chips, deformations);
- normal operational wear and tear;
- violation of the cartridge installation rules set out in the operating instructions for printing equipment;
- the presence of traces of exposure to the external environment - high or low temperature, moisture, the presence of traces of the vital activity of animals, insects, as well as other factors that affect the characteristics of the product and can disable it;
- when the malfunction is caused by an arbitrary change in the design of the product provided by the Manufacturer or in the case of detection of damage caused by foreign objects, debris particles, etc. entering the product;

Accessories for digital equipment
Warranty for covers, protective glass and films is 14 days from the moment of purchase. Protective glasses and films are not subject to exchange or return in case of removal of the backing or protective film of the adhesive layer. Before buying a protective glass and cover, check it for chips, cracks, scratches and foreign particles.
